Terms

Plain language, because there is not much to say. Using DriveChk means you accept what follows.
The licence
Buying DriveChk gives you a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use it on one Mac, with no expiry and no subscription. You may move that licence to a different Mac at any time — release it on the old machine first, or deactivate it in the customer portal if that machine is gone.
You may not resell it, redistribute it, or attempt to bypass its licensing.
The trial
DriveChk is free to use for 3 days, with no card required and nothing withheld. When the trial ends the app stops working until you buy a licence; nothing is deleted, and your recorded history is still there when you do.
What it does not promise
DriveChk reports the health data your drives publish about themselves and the results of the checks it runs. Drives can and do fail without warning, and no health check can guarantee otherwise. DriveChk is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, and is not a substitute for backups.
To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to what you paid for the app. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under the law where you live.
Refunds
Email me and I will refund you. The trial exists so you can find out whether DriveChk works with your hardware before paying, but if you got past it and it still is not right, that is fine. berk@biozalp.com
